WAYPOINT / FIELD NOTES

Make time for a good session.

A small journal about games, comfortable setups and playing together. We collect simple habits that leave more room for the enjoyable part: exploring, learning and spending time with friends.

Before you start

Check audio levels, finish pending downloads and choose a session length. Save the current control layout before experimenting with a new one. A familiar setup is a useful baseline when comparing settings.

Keep a short session log

Write down one thing you learned and one thing to try next time. Focus on a small, repeatable skill instead of changing every setting after a difficult match. Revisit the note before the next session.

Playing as a group

Agree on a meeting time and a relaxed plan. Leave space for different experience levels and take breaks together. A shared objective does not have to mean a competitive evening.
